The accommodation fee will not be refunded if the participant cancels his reservation after the no-cost cancellation deadline, regardless of the reason for the cancellation, unless Polish law imposes a refund obligation on the hotel.

  • Accommodation will be allocated on the first come, first served basis. 
  • We recommend booking your rooms at your earliest convenience.
  • Full payment is required to confirm reservation.

Accommodation rates per room and night include: accommodation, breakfast and VAT tax. All extra expenses such as minibar, telephone, parking etc. must be paid directly at the hotel when checking out.

  • Bank transfer (bank details are sent by email upon process of booking)

Once payment is completed, the invoice is automatically issued and sent by email.

REFUNDS

Cancellations of hotel reservations are possible according to the terms included in the table. No show will have the 100% of the reservation as cancellation costs.
